Really disappointed with the service provided. The tenants didn’t pay the rent late and the agent didn’t do much. We also applied section 21 and the agent dealt with slow and non urgent matter. Everything has been delayed and not empathetic to the landlord at all. It is not worth we paid for the service. I won’t recommend at all and it is really bad with poor communication throughout. It is really bad.
Poor management company. Horrible tenancy experience with Oyster Properties. They do not propose solutions to any problems; instead, they make promises and follow through on them. I had a very horrible experience with Mr.Amit from the checkout team, and they do post-checkout after a few days of checkout. Overall, unprofessional people.

If there was an option for giving no stars at all, I would do so. I would not recommend this property agency. I was a tenant renting through them and when we left the property in better cleanliness and overall condition then when we had moved in, they took £150.00 off our deposit for a couple of lightbulbs being wasted and a couple of other completely insignificant and minor things such as a curtain rail that had come loose and a hinge on a kitchen cupboard door that just needed adjusting. It was completely disproportionate to take off 150.00 for 3 very minor things. They refused to answer my emails and phonecalls and I couldn't escalate it with the manager because they kept saying the manager was unavailable. We left the property immaculate and looked after it carefully as if it was our own. We were very disappointed and unimpressed with this agency and I would not recommend anyone to use them.
Kate has ignored all my messages. It’s been over 10 days now and I am yet to get my deposit back. Please avoid using this company I was informed that my deposit had been returned

Lisa from Oyster Properties has to leave me a voicemail every single day about my property search! Despite me informing her company multiple times not to contact me. I am getting fed up of the sound of her voice.
I am currently renting a furnished room in a shared flat managed by Oyster Properties in northwest London. I moved in a month ago, and on the first day, I noticed that the bed support was broken. I immediately reported this issue to Oyster Properties, explaining that the damage was present before I moved in. Given that they conducted an inventory check prior to my arrival, they should have been aware of this problem. I have repeatedly requested that they fix or replace the bed in several written emails, but unfortunately, they have given me numerous excuses, such as claiming a colleague is handling the issue or that the bed support will be delivered soon. However, a month has passed, and I am still waiting for a resolution, with no further communication from them. I am concerned about the bed's safety due to the broken frame, which may not provide adequate support. I am also worried that when I move out, Oyster Properties might wrongly accuse me of causing the damage and deduct the repair costs from my deposit. I advise others to be cautious with this company. I have taken pictures and videos to document the issue and can provide proof if needed. Wilson Law
