This is the worst service I had ever seen. They asked me to come and view the location yesterday and they said they only had a time slot within 2hrs time and I cancelled my work and went for view the property at exact time what they asked me to be there. And after viewing the property they told me to confirm within 2 days and they told me they can hold the property until 2 days for me. But as soon as I reached my home within 1hr I emailed them and confirmed I am able to rent the property and the mean time I send messages through WhatsApp as well for get the confirmation. And they told me their staff who gonna be my negotiator will text me on the next day because the person not available on that day and that time I asked them again is it gonna be keep for me until tomorrow to get confirmation but they didn’t respond my email and tomorrow morning I emailed them again because I need to move immediately and they didn’t respond to me and after that nearly 11.30 pm they send me a email letting me know the property isn’t available for me.I don’t know why they playing with people like this I cancelled my work and wasted 2 days for nothing Worst service I have ever seen

I am updating my review, after a horrible end of tenancy experience. To summarize.. the viewing and original letting experience was very good, the renewal process and regular maintenance was poor and end of tenancy was horrible.

Faye very rude - especially on her whatsapp messages. Being a professional potential Tenant looking for a place, she made it off putting no to deal with this company any further.

I have not had heating for over 2 weeks now, I have called, chased and also contacted contractors on behalf of Oyster properties in order to get this resolved and still no communication from them. Every personnel I speak to tells me I will get a call back, and yet I am still waiting. It has been the coldest time of the year with temperatures going below freezing to -5 degrees Celsius. An appointment was made for inspections of the apartment, to which I emphasised I would like to use this as an appointment to discuss outstanding issues and no employee of Oyster shows up, nor was any form of communication sent to cancel the appointment, even after I chased this.

Shockingly bad lettings agents for prospective tenants. Refused to call us back several times for over a week. Ignored emails about putting in an offer and gave no updates. They have not even responded to our complaint. Waste of time and unprofessional for any landlords or tenants.

I have rented a detached house from Oyster , which they didn’t do a proper inventory check out. There are many repairing needed and some even safety/ fire hazards. The agent - Kumar is not responsive and his manager Sajur ignore our complaint. It has been a month but no one follows up with all the repairs needed. Terrible agency! If all landlords would need to reconsider to let this agency to manage your properties, as they used tissue paper to stuff the hole on the wall and let the mould grows without action.

This agency cancelled appointments on the last moment and the price for the flats and house are overstated. Unprofessional

Awful customer service, I asked some questions and they didn’t call back. When I called both agents were rude and abrupt, and I really felt they couldn’t be bothered to help at all. They also didn’t know basic information about the property. Also the last customer service representative hung up on me. EDIT- I have concerns about the fact that Oyster responded to my review immediately, when they didn’t even return my call last week. I guess they care more about reviews then customer service. They’ve now deleted their response 🤣

Waste of time , wrong information, cancellation of appointment then saying last moment property was booked ,non sense I don't advice to register with them .
