If you are going to enthusiastically invite someone for a property viewing, have the decency to at least PRETEND to be interested in showing them around. We had a viewing in Watford and the moment I walked into the property with my husband and 2 children, the agent greeted us and told us to look around. For the majority of the viewing, her back was turned to us and the stench of her indifference was too palpable. We left there feeling like impostures. We travelled for almost an hour, only to be made to feel awful in the end. If you have a certain profile of people that you like, please ensure those you are inviting to view fits that profile.
I'm a tenant in one of the Oyster Properties in Stanmore, for a few years now, and though I've had real pleasant dealings all along, lately, I've been struggling with getting a maintenance issue resolved (which is now getting worse) I have been chasing the maintenance team for nearly 6-8 weeks now, but don't get any response or update on how to move forward. As this disappointing issue has gone on for far to long and causing much distress, I will be forced to take the appropriate measures myself. I certainly wish to maintain my cordial relationship with the Stanmore team, but this issue has created a bit of a distaste and hope no other tenants don't have to go through this.

Really disappointed with the service provided. The tenants didn’t pay the rent late and the agent didn’t do much. We also applied section 21 and the agent dealt with slow and non urgent matter. Everything has been delayed and not empathetic to the landlord at all. It is not worth we paid for the service. I won’t recommend at all and it is really bad with poor communication throughout. It is really bad.
Poor management company. Horrible tenancy experience with Oyster Properties. They do not propose solutions to any problems; instead, they make promises and follow through on them. I had a very horrible experience with Mr.Amit from the checkout team, and they do post-checkout after a few days of checkout. Overall, unprofessional people.
