By far the most efficient service and system to support renting. My contact was Kara and she was very efficient and responded to all my questions quickly.

Martin and Co made finding a flat efficient and easy as it could be. Being an international student means the semantics of securing somewhere to live can be tricky, but the agents were informative, attentive, and helpful.

I would definitely recommend everyone to approach Martin and Co. as they are really professional and helpful. I have been with them for 17 months now and have never faced any problems. Everything is taken care of in a proper manner ( maintenance rent, deposit, heating etc). Special thanks to Arlene, who was handling the property that I had rented out and she was the best at her job and took care of everything for us.
