The staff have always been informative and pleasant, any small repairs needed in our rental property have been dealt with quickly and competitively. They have sent photos of our property inside and out on a regular basis, giving us complete peace of mind, our tenants have been very good due to the thorough checks that Martin & co have carried out. We have now been dealing with them for more than 10 years and would recommend them.

I have been dealing with Martin and Co for at least the past 18 years with rental properties and have always found them to be efficient, fair and attentive to customer needs. I have just sold a rental property with them. Nick has constantly kept in touch with any progress and has gone above and beyond what is required of him and for that I will always be grateful. The other staff at both Hanley and Newcastle have always been great too. I could not wish to deal with a better company. Thank you.

All the staff were helpful and made renting straightforward. Always prompt to answer the phone. 6 months after moving in, had a tap problem. No problem for Martins they arranged a plumber for the next day all sorted.Great service.

The team at Martin & Co have always given a great service. As a landlord over a number of years I have found all my tenants through the Lettings department. I would recommend them to any landlord.
