Calls were always answered, they stayed in contact regularly and went above and beyond to help me rescue the situation when my own sale fell through via a different agent. They struck me as incredibly genuine, caring, honest and good people. I've recommmed them to lots of friends and I wouldn't hesitate to use them myself in the future.
