Unusual for a buyer to recommend an estate agent but based on my recent experience of the Oxford based New Homes Team I felt it warranted some positive recognition and recommendation. They helped me as a buyer secure and exchange on my new Oxford apartment in less than six weeks from initial viewing and I’m now keenly awaiting successful legal completion. Amazing experience. I bought a new flat with Breackon & Breackon. The process was smooth without any surprises. The staff is well aware of all the details and what is needed to make it easy and peaceful for you. I never had a delayed answer and they solve all of the issues during the process. Through the process the case manager changed and I was worried about gaps in the handover but they've done such a wonderful job that I didn't even notice the change of the case manager.
