We sold our house with Martin & Co. They were fantastic and supportive at every turn, and gave us great advice throughout. They always kept us informed and ensured we were happy with any decision. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond (especially Tracey and Sara). Highly recommend!

I can't recommend these guys enough. I went through a very difficult and lengthy purchase due to various issues cropping up, but everyone at Martin & Co were so helpful and communication was fantastic. I hope I get to deal with this lovely team again in the future. Excellent customer care.

Plenty of interaction and updates and very good communication which is sometimes lacking with other estate agents but certainly not Martin and co Sunderland. Would definitely use them for my flips.
