Pathetic Customer Service. Left 4 messages for a call back and 2 emails in regards to two property offers. The director of the company (Juli Poulton) doesn't have the decency to reply or call back! Keep away from them especially students, reported things and no one bothered to fix them and had to phone them numerous times to get my daughter bond/deposit back, they don't care as long as money is there, disgusting rip off merchants, put my daughters safety at risk not getting garage door fixed, thank god there wasn't a fire, they still kept £50 off her deposit, steer clear
This organisation in my opinion is nothing short of a sham. Throughout the life of the agreement didn’t uphold their own tenancy - left us without a working toilet/bathroom for almost a week with sewerage filling the yard, took an age to respond, just one example. Their ‘emergency’ number is never switched on - good luck with that. Then at the end they try and withhold a deposit without giving a reason why. Try to ask and the staff ignore your calls and your emails, are unprofessional, rude, deceitful and don’t uphold even a low level of standards. The company director Juli doesn’t even know the law surrounding her own business. It’s laughable really. Signed up to the property ombudsman but refuse to allow you to complain, and do not provide you with a response as mandated by TPOS... Why even advertise this on your shop window? The staff have also rated this page 5* to try and boost their google reviews, that’s false. Just read some of the actual detail. Avoid this company like the plague. God awful, likely be taking legal action against the landlord if their ignorance continues.
Lived in a property ‘managed’ by Martin and Co for 9 months now, had a broken boiler the day we moved in reported it the next day after the boiler only got fixed in March so we were 6 months without a working boiler with no working hot water or heating over the winter months too, there was an electrical fault what was noticed by the electric company which led to us having a £1,300 electric bill which then Martin and Co refused to sort. Still not sorted after 9/10 months into the property, I’ve asked to speak to the owners of the branch Juli & Cris for 9 month still never heard from them yet! None of them have a clue or know any laws behind the business! STAY AWAY FROM THEM THE STRESS AND ANXIETY THIS HAS PUT ME THROUGH THE LAST 9 MONTH IS UNBELIEVABLE! and then to top it off this is the mes we’ve been left with ...
Complete rip off, refused to provide receipt of a refund my 9 month pregnant niece was due, came up with a number of different excuses and still no receipt and still no refund. Do not use this company.

The agency to work with if you want to completely loose any speck of trust in humanity.
I only gave one star, because there is no option to give zero. No sense for urgent cases, unreasonable delays on fixings and extremely bad customer service. We are talking about months of delays on a single window replacement and so on. Not even caring about things are harmful for your child. If you are after a place, where the people doesn't give anything about you or the issues you have got, this is the right one.
With great pleasure I can say my daughter has finally got rid of this sham of a company, I cant believe you could possibly get so many rude ,people who have no empathy or understanding under one roof ,if you have the misfortune of dealing with these people ,log everything via e mail ,remember you can contact the ombudsman, shelter and environmental health services who were all excellent helping my daughter , Mmmmmmm looking on past reviews not looking good when people with the same name putting 5stars on who work in the same company are you able to rate your own company ?
Had the worst experience, staff are rude and unhelpful. Ignored my emails for months and refusing to speak on the phone when we had issues with the property. I was told I could lose weight by a member of staff because the Landing light doesn’t work so I could “go up and down the stairs and lose some weight”! They have lied to us about multiple things.
