When it came to selling my father's house, I was given the names of 3 local agents by friends and neighbours. Since I did not live locally, I did not know much about any of them, and had to be guided by their initial reaction to my enquiry. After some deliberation, and delays due to Covid and then the legal process, I decided on GH, who I had found to be the most helpful, and approachable and understanding of the situation, without being to pushy, they kept in touch, and abreast of our progress.
