The first thing that impressed me was that I no longer had to chase around getting maintenance done when needed. Melissa is our main point of contact and she checks the property bi-annually, which is reassuring to both the tenant and ourselves. When maintenance work is required Martin & Co have contractors that they can rely on. Melissa keeps on top of any certification and other relevant inspections that are due and advises of any new legislation that we need to be aware of. We are extremely satisfied with the professional services she provides. Our initial dealing with Andrew on agency changeover went very smoothly also nothing was too much trouble for him on a recent re-write of contract.
