After a disasterous experience with Purple Bricks, we contacted Kirsty at Your Move Swanley. Our experience with Your Move could not have been any more different than with PB. The whole branch team were courteous, professional, helpful and highly proactive. Any problems or issues were tackled and dealt with very quickly, What we particularly appreciated was the regular contact between us and the estate agent. They were calling regularly to inform us of new developments or issues that had arisen and were always open and honest. We initially used Purple Bricks as our estate agent as they quoted a much higher potential selling price and cheaper fees. I did not realise at the time that Purple Bricks are paid whether they sell your property or not, so we soon realised that giving an over-inflated sale price is all part of their sales strategy. We are now taking them to the Estate Agents Ombudsman because of this and a number of other issues. We will never use Purple Bricks again. I wish we had chosen Your Move at the very beginning of this process as the whole experience, once they were with us, was easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend any buyers or sellers to use this branch, and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks to Kirsty and the team at Your Move Swanley.

As a new landlord, Your Move were really helpful in: - giving advice to someone who is inexperienced, - marketing the property, while refurbishments were on going, which meant that a tennant was moving in 2 days after the house was finished. This resulted in that we were receiving rent immediately! Other agents didn't want to market the property until it was finished, which over Xmas and the New Year would have meant a 2 month delay costing £2,750 in lost rent. - put me in touch with Rafal of Sparkling Property Services Ltd who handled the refurbishment from start to finish. He was brilliant and advice/recommendations were spot on! I would have no hesitation in recommending the Swanley office to anyone looking to rent for the first time.
