There was clear communication from the start and even though we didn’t find the right one initially, he found another that suited us perfectly and we managed to secure it. Would 100% recommend to others, have had experience from other companies in the area and none were as good as Belvoir and in particular Arwel who was fantastic - 10/10.

We saw a property that interested us on Zoopla and contacted Belvoir. They quickly arranged a viewing and turned up promptly. We were shown around the house, being given plenty of relevant information, and decided to make an offer. Negotiations were efficiently handled and the offer accepted. It was made clear to us that once things reached this stage the property was taken off the market, which was reassuring. During the sale process Simon and Rosie were extremely helpful, and kept us informed of any developments. I would be very happy to use them again, either buying or selling.
