Consistently high quality service
I am consulted at every turn immediately an issue arises and execution is prompt and effective. Tenant selection - the key to low voids - has been excellent over many years. Finally all the indications are that the tenants feel well treated.

SIlent Running - Never had an issue in 8 years
I cant speak highly enough about this team. They've secured value for me, they are dedicated to improving their already high standards and I haven't had one issue since left the country and joined the team in 2010...I wouldn't go any where else.

Great customer service
Mandy Sweeney provided outstanding customer service. When we initially called the office, we spoke with one of her colleagues who didn’t have the best attitude. However, when we phoned again, we were lucky enough to speak with Mandy. Nothing was too much trouble. The missing form we needed was emailed out the same afternoon and within minutes of us signing online and returning, Mandy had processed it. Friendly, professional and a credit to your company.

Fantastic service. Very happy customer
