He helped to follow up and liaise directly with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage broker to ensure that the transaction went through successfully. He also helped to answer the many questions we had, helping to keep us at ease and confident with our purchase. It was a very smooth process and only took 6 weeks between offer and completion.
