I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by the company, and particularly Daniel who I met for the first time to show us the flat. I met Malcolm on the second visit to the property and they have been excellent to deal with my questions and queries, always answered my calls and been extremely professional. Since I bought a flat via them, I sold my property through them too. I honestly can say that they have been honest and caring unlike other estate agents who treat their clients like a number. I recently purchased a 2 bedroom flat in St John's Wood that Vita properties had listed and the whole experience from start to end was great. My main contact Daniel was extremely patient and understanding with all the ups and downs of the conveyancing process and helped smooth the journey for both the buyer and seller. The communication has been great throughout the process and I would happily recommend Vita to anybody looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
