After what seemed like the longest conveyance process ever, we finally moved at the end of August. I honestly don't think that we would have moved at all if it hadn't been for Craig at Ewemove! Having consulted Ewemove, we were happy that Craig was the right person to act for us. He was knowledgeable, honest and professional at all times, but he excelled when it came to communication. He responded quickly at all times of the day and evening, (even at weekends!) We found his support invaluable and never had cause to regret our decision to go with Ewemove.

EweMove came highly recommended from my sister after she bought her home from them, therefore we used James and Craig to sell our house and purchase our new home. Craig was the best part of our move! While we sold within a week of being on the market, we were met with huge challenges from our buyers solicitor Criag was always on hand to guide, calm and do all he could to get our sale over the line. Without him we would have lost our minds. I could not recommend an estate agent more!

I purchased a property that EweMove had for sale. Previously I had been let down by another estate agent on a property in Wokingham. 12 weeks down the line I still had no confirmation of solicitor and then the seller pulled out! Moving onto this purchase.... Found this house after having a number of disapointing viewings that day. Dropped a line to show my interest. We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience. We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too. The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing. It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer. Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!” 5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move. Thank you James :D

I am so happy we chose EweMove, after a fair amount of research, as they proved to be excellent in every respect. We dealt with Craig throughout, who explained and confirmed their ethos and approach, and agreed a sensible strategy for the sale of my deceased parents long term home. We signed up, agreed expectations, timelines and approach for the solid but rather cosmetically dated property. Craig quickly arranged for professional photography, a fair and honest description of the house and grounds, and posted these with the major online players. He quickly met with prospective buyers, giving good insights into the advantages of the property and objectively assessed each buyers interest and capacities.
