My partner and I have lived in Tamworth for few years now. However, owing to the fact that our origin is from Macedonia, moving to a new place had always been a nightmare. -We had constantly felt discriminated and not treated equally by the majority of the letting agencies, which usually wouldn't show up on the already booked viewing or simply just ignore every attempt of communication. However, Martin and Co has been the first agency which treated us with nothing but high professionalism, respect, equality and did their best to answer to our interest as promptly as possible. -Our request was answered to immediately. We got a viewing booked for literally the next day. The viewing was conducted in highest professional manners, and there were also taken all measures against covid19. We were given space to wonder around the house as much as we wanted, and literally inspect every detail of it. The whole process afterwards was smooth as well. They did their best to speed up the whole procedure of referencing and signing the contract. It couldn't be simpler and easier. I've recently sold a property in the Tamworth area and wanted to share my thoughts about the service I received from Martin and Co. Selling a property at any time is a challenge. Selling a property during a pandemic, with a race to completing before stamp duty relief ends, is the perfect recipe for a nightmare. Not for Martin and Co Tamworth!!!... They are clearly experienced selling properties under pressure, providing superb communication and setting realistic expectations. Laura handled our sale and was instrumental in completing it given our challenging buyers.
