Moved to Webber’s from another agency. Webber’s sold the property quickly to very near asking price. Very pleased. Great communication processes throughout.
I had assumed the first two valuations I got from other agents would be similar to Webbers, but theirs was £10000 more and they sold it subject to contract before it even went on to their website, people were looking round the property straight away, so all in all a good experience.
