We had lots of experience with estate agents and we can both honestly say she was the most helpful estate agent we have come across. She was able to answer all of our questions and had all the information we needed with her on the day. She really went out of her way, helped with communication with the landlord, was patient with all of our questions and guided us through the process seamlessly.
