From an initial good experience with the viewings staff, JS serviced spiralled down to an unethical and profoundly bad experience. Having accepted our offer and deposit and waiting for a lease their management continued to offer the property and accepted a higher offer, only informing us at the 11th hour. Even the worst estate agents we have experienced had ever attempted to lower themselves to this unethical behaviour. Summary -Not to be trusted and management perhaps need to rethink how they do business..... Not possible to give no star or a minus unfortunately.....
