I have now dealt with Emma and Alan on two occasions buying and selling houses and on both occasions they have been excellent. They don't come across pushy and always work around you. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again myself in the future. Thanks guys!

Recently we bought our first house through Parkers in Theale. Alan and Emma were very friendly, efficient and helpful. All the way through the process we had no problems what so ever. We always received prompt responses to any questions we had. If you are looking for a hassle free and excellent estate agent, we highly recommend them!

If I could give a 10* review I would! After a bad experience with another agent I was wary of signing up to another one but we had found our dream home so needed to sell. From the first meeting the experience was different, the photos were well thought out and looked better, the write up was personal and concise and the service was a million miles better. Alan and Emma were brilliant throughout and poor Alan ended up taking on the leg work with our buyers (and theirs!) as they had gone with an online agent who couldn't help manage the chain. We had honest conversations throughout which restored my faith and I trusted Alan implicitly that he was doing the best for us. I believe that you only really experience how good an organisation is when something goes wrong as it's then that you see true customer service and we had many of those blips throughout the process (which were not down to Parkers in anyway)! Parkers did a great job throughout and I'd not hesitate to use them again.
