Recently moved into a rental flat in Theale with difficult previous tenants. Archie our lettings agent made it run very smoothly. On the day of the move I hadn't realised how late the inventory was. Archie managed to move it forward in the day which saved us having to pay waiting fees to put movers. Highly recommend.

The team at Parkers have been amazing, we have just exchanged on our first property so I can only comment from a pure buyers POV. Initially we dealt with Alan who sorted out the viewing of the property, replying to a late at Friday night email for a viewing and showing us round the next day! He was great and professional throughout the start of the process and then once he had the good news that our offer was accepted we were handed to Chanelle who dealt with the rest of our journey. Chanelle has been an absolute pleasure to work with, her communication and attitude has been truly amazing. When buying a house has its stresses, Chanelle did great to provide fast and clear information, trying her best to get things sorted ASAP. We can't wait to pickup our keys from the team and thank them in person.
