Today we had a valuation done by Wayne from James Winn. He was very professional, friendly and provided us with a lot of useful information. Wayne also gave us different options and described how the best way to market our property. We are currently considering are options but we can't recommend Wayne enough, he will give you an honest valuation and answer any questions in detail.

We sold our house quickly through James Winn, we were really pleased with the quality of the property photos and how quickly they arranged viewings. We received excellent customer service all the way through the process, they were very good at liaising with both us and our buyer, keeping us up to date and helping negotiations.
