A week before the COVID 19 lock down I had an offer for full asking price on my property to which I accepted. During the lock down a lot of companies shut down causing delays to pretty much everything including the property market. We sold through Parker’s, just over 2 years ago, it was a difficult process due to the nature of the sale but they got us there and pushed the sale through. If any house buying process can be made easier – I believe Parker’s have done that. Very friendly, approachable and professional from ‘day one’. We knew what was happening all the way through and they would always swiftly answer what were probably daft questions half of the time! Even when beset with issues (not of their or our making!), a prompt, efficient response quickly resolved the matter. I genuinely would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Emma and team have been great in supporting us through a very frustrating and drawn out house sale that included delays, complications and multiple chain breaks due to other estate agents and buyers in the chain.
