He really went the extra mile for us! I cannot thank Simon enough for all his hard work in getting us into our new home in time for Christmas. We have recently sold our house with Parkers in Tilehurst and were very pleased with the service they provided. They were very professional and always returned calls. We were particularly impressed with the photos that were taken and the extra time that they took to make sure they were showing off the best of our house. We were originally told that they would sell our house in the first week and they certainly delivered on that. Unfortunately we lost our buyer a few months in and had to go through the process again, but once again they sold our property quickly. I like that Parkers showed potential buyers around the property as I am sure it wouldnt have sold as quick as it did if it was my husband or I showing them around. I am hoping not to move again but if i was to, i would go back to Parkers in Tilehurst.

I have had vast experience of many agents across the UK and overseas and can honestly say the service I received from Parkers is by far the best. I am hard to please when it comes to customer service but I could not fault them. I never had to ask twice for anything which is a rarity in this day and age. The personal service they office is second to none. Fingers crossed I will not be needed the service of an Estate Agents again in the near future but if I did, they would be top of the list.
