Additionally, the welcome basket and photo were amazing little touches to make it even more personal and special for us. Would highly recommend!

Firstly, Inspired considered me my husband as a red flag when we failed the referencing requirement l, due to my ex- landlord's bad reference to us. Would have been nice if they at least asked for some bank statements to prove that we were paying on time and without any arears at all, plus they could have at least asked for some guarantor if they really doubted us. I can provide such, as my side of the family has been living in the UK for so long now. Luckily, the landlord of the flat was convinced, after we showed him the bank statements and the contract that we had from my previous landlord. As per my ex-landlord and landlady, they gave a bad reference due to the reason that we declined the increase of the rent that they want us to pay monthly. Additionally, they have marital issues and dramas that tormented us for months. The landlady left the landlord a week before we even moved out of that flat. So much drama! Thank God, the moving happened yesterday, though there were some delays plus they took the bed and the carpet due to safety purposes. Thanks to Louise for doing the best she could in our situation. I don't have bad blood for everyone and I'm grateful for Inspire.

I have been an estate agent for over 30 years and having to deal with the sale of my late father's property, which was some distance away, was always going to be challenging. A brilliant service all round from the team at Inspire! What can often be a daunting process was made simple and stress-free thanks to the efforts by Bradley and Matt who helped us to sell our existing property, and purchase our new home. We never felt pressured at any moment and communication throughout was fantastic.
