Very professional and easy to communicate with

We recently sold our property through M&P. They were the third agent we instructed, and despite being the furthest branch from the property, were able to source much more (and better) viewings. Once the offer was accepted, the communication and experience was extremely professional. Particular thanks to Tash & John-Paul.

David did a great job!

We came across some obstacles along the way. However Marsh and Parsons in Tooting were great at getting our property back under offer quickly and worked really hard. David did a fantastic job getting it across the line so a big thank you.

Marsh & Parsons what a refreshing and delightful experience dealing with you. You have by far set the bar in our area and have reminded me of the value and role of the modern day estate agent after some recent bad experiences elsewhere. You were incredibly professional and at the same time very friendly and helpful. You managed viewings with care and consideration, you found me the perfect buyer, negotiated with utmost integrity and then you took all of the burden of the conveyancing process out of my hands - chasing and communicating proactively throughout. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding service.

Excellent experience - would highly recommend

We sold our flat through the Tooting Bec Marsh and Parsons Office in May 2016. The service provided from the initial valuation through to the completion of the sale was excellent. John-Paul and David were very helpful and knowledgeable - they provided sound and honest advice which really helped drive the sale smoothly to completion. The initial valuation they provided was realistic and our flat sold above the asking price (thanks to David's excellent negotiation skills). I'd recommend the Tooting Marsh and Parsons to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Kept sale on track despite contentious issues

The sale of our flat had some protracted legal issues, which ruffled feathers on both sides. John Paul and his team did a great job soothing frayed tempers and ultimately keeping the sale on track.
