Despite my house purchase being at the end of June, an exceptionally busy time due to the imminent ending of the stamp duty holiday, Suzanne, David and the team provided a very considerate, efficient and professional service throughout the process. From start to finish KMJ provided a fantastic service in the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. My house sale achieved more than expected. Despite the first sale falling through an immediate replacement was found and the sale moved on in double quick time. We had a new improved offer within 48 hours. The new sale completed in less than 8 weeks. My purchase was also through KMJ, a probate sale which always complicates matter. Suzanne was at the fore in ensuring the vendors got their act together for both transactions completed on the same day. No mean feat given that probate was issued just 10 days prior to completion. KMJ family were supportive and helpful throughout the process, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
