It was so refreshing to deal with an honest, open and super helpful estate agent which is led by a woman who really understands customer service. From the moment I met with Lauren, I knew that I was in safe hands. All the way through the selling process, we had strong guidance, support and a willingness to do what was in our interest to sell the house that we had lived in for 20 years. I really would encourage people to see past the 'sales chatter' from the other estate agents in Twickenham and go with someone that is truly there for you when things get difficult. I know that they had my back every time!

I have now sold my property previously managed by Martin & Co but felt that I needed to provide further feedback following the management of the whole process. From the way in which the tenants were managed through the notice period to the organisation of maintenance work following their vacating Lauren (Daley) went above and beyond time and again. As someone who has extremely high expectations I find myself constantly disappointed with the service usually metered out by companies and their employees. However I can truly say that in this case my expectations were met and exceeded. Please pass on my appreciation as she surely deserves it.
