When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors.
