Wanted to book a viewing and was sent a questionnaire which I felt went into too much detail rather than asking me relevant preliminary questions.. not easy either if you dont have access to a computer.. just a thought for the agent to consider.

Had to call them 3 times to get a viewing confirmation for a house on Holbeck, Astley (to the vendors, no wonder your house is not sold yet 🥴). Jack really has no customer service skills, and incompetent. On 3rd call asked to speak to a branch manager. One of the owner, Corrine called and did not want to listen, interrupted, and asked me what do you want me to do about Jack, mistakes can happen, fire him? lol. If Corrine as a business owner has no customer service skills, why would Jack have any? Possibly the worst business owner, i came cross, don't have the ability to listen to a customer and take feedback to improve her business. Kept asking me what else do you want, i have staff off sick, on grievance started complaining, raising her voice like she was having a some sort of tantrum. If you're not well, don't call a customer, may be have someone else do it. Anyhow, don't recommend them, if trying to book a viewing is like this, imagine trying to complete a sale with them. Big nightmare avoided, ended up telling Corrine, forget about it, cancel the viewing.

Put an offer on a property and they didn’t t even put our offer on the system for the homeowner to review.... very unprofessional service from this estate agencyNegativeProfessionalism

Your offer was correctly put on the system at 10.06am yesterday under your partner's name. Your offer has been put forward to the seller, but unfortunately your existing property is still on the market and you aren't currently in a position to proceed. We have been inundated with enquiries on this property and have already carried out 20+ viewings and have received multiple offers (mainly from first time buyers and investors).We responded to your email out of hours last night to explain the situation and you replied to thank us for our prompt response.
