If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Absolutely worst agency I've ever death with as a tenant

these guys are thieves.. cant trust them and really check over the paperwork.. theyre still holding deposit for not cutting the grass after 2 months..NegativeProfessionalism

They are no good at all they didn’t pay my deposit back at all and they didn’t send me any information what they repair the house and paid.

My sister in law recently rented a property with her 2 year old son. She moved all of her belongings to the property, when she returned the next day to unpack her items and move in to her dismay she found the property had a major water leak, the ceiling had caved in (thankfully they didn’t stay in the property that night) and all of the belongings have been ruined. The estate agents have dealt with this with no empathy at all, all they have tried to do is protect there client (who is a doctor with multiple properties). A single mum with a 2 year old has been left homeless a month before Christmas in the middle of a pandemic. I am disgusted that after after the year we have been through and that we have all tried to look after each other this is how humans have acted. Just a typical estate agent desperate for a fee and a money hungry landlord not wanting to take responsibility. Do not trust this agent.
