I supported my elderly mother to sell her property with your move,so she could move into a warden control flat. Anita was fantastic,nothing was to much trouble for her. She took her time and explained everything to my mother,with regards to the selling process. it took many months for us to exchange and to complete,as there were problems along the way. Anita always kept us informed what was going on. She chased things up on our behalf,she often helped to resolve problems within the chain. She always kept us informed about what was happening. This is the second time I have dealt with Your Move Walderslade and I must say that both times they have been absolutely AMAZING. The lettings staff were very supportive and fully understood the urgency at which I needed to find a tenant for my property and they did not let me down and found me the perfect tenant in a very short space of time. The whole branch are really easy to deal with and very approachable. Everyone I dealt with were highly professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, even working over the Christmas period to ensure the new tenant could move in on the 1st January as required so the property was never empty. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.
