They sold my house in a difficult market and gave me very sound advice
This is not a national estate agent and as such offers the personal touch. Every time I called, they knew who I was and were able to help me with my questions and concerns. They continued to advise and support me all the way through the process, just like an estate agent should (but doesn't always!). I would not hesitate to recommend them

A really smooth purchase
This was a really professional service from the opening viewing all the way through to completion and exchange. I can't speak highly enough of Julian and his team who were always available to us for any query that we had, and worked as an excellent mediator between ourselves and the vendor.

Changed agent and our house sold!
Our house was being marketed by a supposedly top agent but after no viewings and no real feedback we decided to take it off the market for a while and then find a new agent. We spoke to Julian at Winterbrook and he was knowledgeable, friendly and had some good ideas about how to market our house. We put it on the market again and the whole team at Winterbrooks were friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Within 2 weeks we had an offer and the house sale went through approx 8 weeks later. Even during the sale process Julian and the team were on hand to help with queries and questions. Highly recommend Julian and the team and would use them again for buying and selling.

Honest, straightforward and helpful

Switched agents and sold our house
We were originally with a highly rated local agent, but we had very few viewings and felt pur house was overpriced. We switched to winterbrooks and the service we received was excellent, Julian and the team answered every question we and our buyers has, they were very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent level of service by Julian at Winterbrook of Wallingford.
Received a carefully attentive level of service throughout from Julian Walley at Winterbrook for our house purchase in Stadhampton. He always provided the perfect amount of information to keep us informed of the purchase, and he could often provide information to us quicker than from our solicitors. Over all, an impressive level of service from Julian and thank you for helping us buy our first house together.

Provided a very good service
Winterbrook were always very good at keeping us up to date with what was going on with the house we were buying, through constant email or phone communication. They also were flexible in arranging viewings and helpful in explaining the process and answering all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling.

Fantastic experience- earned every penny of their fee!
We would highly recommend Winterbrooks to anyone. (In fact we already have!) Our whole selling & purchasing experience was exceptional with Richard providing us with a personal and professional service that is second to none. Communication was fantastic and towards the end of our transaction Richard went above and beyond to ensure all parties were kept informed and final stages of exchange/ completion were seamless. Having used 3 national estate agents previously - comparably, Winterbrooks simply knocked spots off all of them. We would honestly use them again in a heartbeat- if they hadn't just found them our forever home!!

SELLING MY HOME.
AFTER 29 YEARS IN THE SAME HOUSE, WE MADE A DECISON TO MOVE. IT WAS SCARY AT FIRST AND WE WORRIED IF WE WERE MAKING THE RIGH DECISION. EVERYONE AT WINTERBROOK MADE OUR JOURNEY A LOT EASIER, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING ALONG THE WAY. THEY WERE VERY CURTIOUS EVEN WHEN WE GOT STRESSED ABOUT THINGS, WINTERBROOK CALMED US DOWN.
