On selling two properties (one residential, 1 commercial), they handled all lawyer queries they could, sealed a 15% sales price more than initial buyer offer, annoying buyer requests and proactively dealt with all the council and utility handovers. From the moment i walked into James Neave office to enquire about putting my property on the market, i instantly felt at ease and at home. Andy met me with warmth and a lot of knowledge.
