The James Neave team in Walton are always so responsive, professional, friendly and proactive. On selling two properties (one residential, 1 commercial), they handled all lawyer queries they could, sealed a 15% sales price more than initial buyer offer, annoying buyer requests and proactively dealt with all the council and utility handovers.
