They managed the rental for 7 years and always kept me updated and then dealt with any issues efficiency. Andy and his team are in my opinion, professional, friendly and were the right choice for both the rental management and sale of my property.

James Neave were absolutely superb throughout our whole sale process. I particularly liked how easy they were to contact, as Andy Davies created our own private WhatsApp group for us so we were always kept in the loop. Jordan Knight in particular was really helpful, responsive and patient throughout. We were initially on the market with another estate agent in Walton, but after little traction we decided to partner with James Neave, and they got our property sold before the ad even went live on RightMove. From the moment i walked into James Neave office to enquire about putting my property on the market, i instantly felt at ease and at home. Andy met me with warmth and a lot of knowledge. This was the second agent I listed my flat with, after I had given notice to the first. Things moved very fast thereafter meeting Andy. Even before the flat went on the market we had viewings booked. As soon as it went on the market it was insane the interest that came through the door. Very quickly it was sold. Jordan my sales progressor was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and a delight to work with. My buyers became difficult at times whilst I was going through the onward on my end and Jordan and Andy handled it with absolute grace trying to minimise as much stress as possible.
