Thanks Laraine!!! What a rollercoaster our purchase was, almost 7 months of never ending issues, which, without Larraine (and Susie) simply wouldn't have exchanged. Laraine was calm, measured and always on hand to advise when necessary but more importantly, understood her clients (the vendors) needs and gave them the right advice when it came to it and things got messy and were about to fall through . Her relationship with the vendor was paramount to the deal exchanging, and we cannot wait to collect the keys this Friday. Thanks so much to Larraine (and Susie) who were so helpful and put up with all of our stressing. I am also an agent and have been for 15 years, so understand the complexities within what was one of the most difficult transactions i have ever seen and the position Martin and Co were in. Superb

They are very helpful about anything you ask. If you have got a problem they always approach you with the solutions, and explain you every details. They helped me alot with my renting situation and I glad to choose this agency and recommend them to everyone who need solutions about their renting! Also specially thank to Rob.

We rented our flat with Martin & Co and dealt directly with Rob. He was proactive and excellent at communicating throughout. Our property was put on the market on a Tuesday and by the Thursday he had found us a suitable tenant who was moved in the following week.
