I can’t thank the lovely team at Belvoir enough for all of their help securing my ideal home. Janette in particular went above and beyond to help me.. The property had a lot of interest but once I explained to Janette that it was only two doors down from my mums house, she did everything she could to make it work for me - even encouraging the landlord to accept my large lovable dog. She made sure that we were all happy with the results, with terms that suited all sides. I’ve been in here for two months now and couldn’t be happier. I also want to thank Grace for making the entire moving in process run smoothly, and even pushed for an earlier moving in date when I was too excited to wait! I’ve had an overall great experience with Belvoir professionally, but even on a personal level I think the ladies are fab! Just really lovely people!

I needed to find a flat very quickly and Belvoir were amazing at arranging things for me in a short amount of time. Dani was great and really helpful with sending forms over and asking any questions I had via email with quick responses. Alison especially was amazing with the paperwork and arranging a special request for me in which I had asked to change my move in day to a day earlier so that I could have the keys to the flat to move some things sooner. She kindly stayed behind after closing time to arrange this for me which was a very last minute request, so I am incredibly grateful and pleased with the service received. The whole process was very fast and smooth and I especially liked the welcome box given to me to help me settle into my new flat. After moving into the flat, I received a call from Janette to see how I was doing and to make sure I had settled in which I thought was a really nice gesture. I have never felt so looked after by an Estate Agents, would highly recommend Belvoir 10/10 for professionalism and service.

I’ve dealt with Belvoir for 7 years now and honestly, you will not find a more helpful, more pleasant group of people to deal with. Always there to help with any queries about my rent, always there to help with issues and always with a smile. Had some of the best years of my life in the properties I rented from them and it being with Belvoir has made it all the better. I have let houses over a number of years. I can say I have never experienced the professionalism and personal interest experienced with Belvoir in Warrington. Gary, the owner, visited me and gave me excellent advice to minimise expenditure and ensured the house was good to let. Janette, the Office manager continued and made sure that all the promises that Gary gave me were not only met but exceeded. The house was let virtually immediately (as promised by Gary). Alison, the Assistant Manager also exceeded my expectations emailing me, as required with full details. Grace and Dani competently and professionally handled any other issues. I strongly recommend Belvoir and now, would not consider anybody else. I let the house for just on two years. On my return to the house, it was in perfect condition.

Belvoir staff are great and will make sure things are dealt with meticulously and as per your recommendations. The staff will keep you up to date and well informed about the progress of your case. They are very experienced in offering the best advice when needed which helps with decision making. Belvoir staff make you feel confident and it is well worth getting in touch with them for any sales or letting enquiries.

The team at Belvoir are great - they are very thorough and ensured that everything was sorted and safe at our property prior to the tenant moving in. The Warrington team have been very helpful in finding me a property to rent, which was proving quite difficult due to relocating to the area from down South. The move in process was very easy and the team have also since been very responsive to any emails regarding any questions or maintenance queries.
