Very helpful & friendly service. Even with minor problems, everything is dealt with a professional manner. Regular quartley visits, this is something I like, as you get to have a good relationship, and question tiny problems you may have. Would most definitely recommend.

Moving for the first time seemed a little daunting. However, the guys (ladies) over at Belvoir were great, informative and always on hand. Phone and emails answered quickly and you're always kept in the loop. Keep it up!

I found Belvoir very friendly and very helpful. We've had some minor issues with our flat after moving in (I'm sure everyone does) but they've always sorted it out quickly. Can't complain about that. They are easy to contact and very professional. We didn't feel pressured to take any of the properties we viewed. Generally just a really good service.

After using another Letting Agents who had let us down badly, I contacted Belvoir after reading the reviews and looking at their Website. My husband and I have been very impressed by the efficiency of Gary Pemberton and his Staff who all worked extremely well as a team to secure us a good Tenant and to ensure everything necessary was done quickly and professionally. They are courteous on the phone and always do their best to assist with any queries. We are looking forward to a great business relationship and know our Tenants will be well looked after.

I am very pleased with the way Gary and his team have dealt with my property after the bad experience I had with the last tenants.
