Having bought our first house through Richard James 2 years ago, when the time came to move on, we didn't have a single doubt in our mind about contacting them to manage the sale for us. From first point of contact they've proven again how estate agents can (and should) be friendly and professional at the same time. Chris has really taken his time to talk us through the whole process of selling a property, and has done a through look around the place before making a valuation. Property was up on the market in no time, at a very realistic asking price. Hazel was so kind and more than considerate when arranging the viewings around our tricky schedule, and has always fed back in details on how the viewings went. They were all very patient untill the right offer was made, and then done amazing work once the conveyancing bit kicked in through chasing all the relevant parties and making sure we were regularly updated on the progress. And with thanks to their amazing efforts the house with a chain was sold in no time!
