I've just sold a house through Richard James in Wellingborough. From the moment they walked through the door to completion, they were outstanding and provided everything you need from an Agent - regular contact, good advice, friendly staff and a lot of viewings! I would highly recommend Richard James - a very professional team and definitely not like the stereotypical Estate Agent! In particular, Richard, one of the Directors, was always on hand from the initial valuation right through to giving me advice on how to deal with the solicitors upon completion. Top job and fully appreciated.

We've recently purchased a house through Richard James Estate Agents and cannot recommend this agents enough. Chris has been ever so helpful in explaining things to us, sometimes two or three times! We had a particularly bad solicitor who had to be chased for everything and Chris was the person who did this for us as we had no clue on what was needed. Have recently sold my house through the Rushden branch - I really doubt that the chain would have stayed intact without the dedication and professionalism of Richard and his team. At times emotion got the better of me and I was quite rude but every time the staff remained calm and understanding.

I recently brought a property curtesy of these guys. I would especially like to thank Chris who dealt with the purchase. He went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed of any changes as soon as he knew any regarding the purchase.
