I just had a conversation with Tom Eberell about a property on Ashtons books. He could not have been more helpful. He was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgable. We also talked about the possibility of putting my property on the market with Ashtons and I found him to be open and honest. He was, I thought, very truthful about the market, value of the property and the options for selling. Whilst we have just placed our property on the market with another local agent I will have absolutely no hesitation in coming back to Tom if it doesn’t get sold.
