We were then passed to Ellissa, The sales co ordinator who couldn’t have been more helpful. From start to exchange. Nothing was too much. The team at Ashton’s could not have made my sale / rent situation any easier and stress free, even though it was a stressful situation for me. For my sale Tom was always on hand, even with 5 hour time difference, and kept me updated on the progress throughout. For my renting situation, Chris and Colin had my property in a bidding war within a few days and managed to get over the ask and with tenant in place within a few weeks. I was blown away with the whole team’s professionalism and knowledge of the market and will not look anywhere else for future sales/purchase.
