They work for both the landlord and tenant and are fair in their practices. I rented through them for 5 years and found them to be responsive and good in their communication. Their fees are not overbearing and are open to changes in agreement where possible. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the fact we had a great agent and Landlord!
