Guys stay away from this agency. They are very unprofessional, and don’t comply with the law. Their landlord decided to don’t rent a property to me (which never mind) but they are keeping my holding deposit, even if the law says if “ the landlord is unhappy with your references, they have still to refund you the full amount “. I will never come back to this agency anymore. Wish I can put - 10 stars

Their service is one of the worst I’ve experienced (referring to their Greenford and Wembley branch). I was interested in viewing a property and contacted them the day it went on the market. A viewing was arranged but got changed three times. The fourth time the viewing was rearranged they said it was going to be be at 12pm. I was there on time and called the agency to see where the estate agent was, and they said that they are on their way. However, I waited for an hour and a half after the arranged time and still nobody turned up. I believe this is extremely unprofessional and very frustrating since they wasted my time without any valid reason. They now lost a potential buyer, and I wonder how many more they’ve lost. So, if you are someone who wants to sell your property or someone interested in buying one, there are other agencies better than this one since as a seller you wouldn’t have a lot of interest in your property due to the potential buyers’ being disrespected, and as a buyer they would just waste your time. Even one star is too much, but that’s the least I can give in this review.

Dear Rafeeq, Thanks for your comments and am sorry to hear the experience you have had with the Greenford office. Having looked into the matter the reason the timing of the viewing kept getting changed was because the tenant kept changing the times with us. Zeeshan informed you that he would inform once we could gain access so why would you turn at the property without a firm appointment and further to this wait 90 mins. Surely one should have called the office to see what was happening after 10 mins. Please note we make our money by selling properties so we are totally motivated to do this however sometimes (not often) we fall down from the service we pride ourselves on. Your further comments are unwarranted and seem to be out of context. All the best with your search.

If there was s negative stars I would have given. This branch of Ellis and Co is just a no go. The diversity is not there, all workers from one community only and all are rude.

Sahil, firstly you are not even registered with us and secondly your message has racist undertones and on that basis we would prefer you not call our agency again. We employ the right people for the job the fact that they are from a particular community is purely by chance. At the same time I would argue that we have a diverse work force. Stay away from this agency. Most houses are overpriced and the staff is not giving any help to people

We advise as best we can but no more. After all it is a free market and anyone can demand any price for any item, whether they get it is another question! Bad services and management :Utter incompetence to fix issues, then negligence over management of the property maintenance, no proper care of their clients etc.Won't recommend anyone at all.
