We have been a customer of Grey & Co since 2012 and we must say all the staff are very professional and cooperative; especially when taking care of their fellow customers, sometimes just beyond the expectations. Whenever you have any problems the staff always do their best to resolve it as nicely as they can with minimum time frame. I have recently been experiencing with, Ms Carina Wesley, maintenance manager who is extremely helpful person, She helped us in our queries and resolved the issues in a record time. I was really happy with the good customer service, specially from the Denise. She was really helpful and really friendly. She was updating each and everything, which was really helpful towards me. She treated me just like a family and never made me feel that I was her customer. No Matter what time and what questions i ask her she always stood by and answered my question even if it was not related to property i want to say a big thank you to Denise.
