The lettings team has been great. We found an amazing property through Paramount and the letting process was seamless. They were a little slow to respond to some queries but overall the team has been fantastic! I would highly recommend them.

Without a doubt the best estate agency I've ever come across. From start to finish Lionel was brilliant; professional and trustworthy. Buying a place in London is daunting, especially if you aren't from here, but he made the process so simple. If you want an estate agent that gives estate agents a good name, go to these guys

Adam and Jason were incredible. I needed to be moved in within 5 days and they wrapped everything up correctly and at lightning speed AND with time to spare. They were both responsive, diligent, and provided the best customer service I've ever experienced in this country. If I could give 10 stars I would. Can't thank them both enough.

Great experience - Dexter our agent and Richard our property manager were very helpful! The whole process of sorting out the contract and getting the inventory was easy and they've been quick to respond to questions and requests since we moved in. Would definitely recommend them!

We had to move quite suddenly and were fortunate enough to have Dexter help with the search for a new flat. He was very patient because I was quite specific in what we were looking for in a property. There was no hard sell, no push, his attitude was very much "If this isn't the one, we'll keep looking and find the right one", which was brilliant. Finally did find the right one, and couldn't be happier. Throughout the negotiations, he was really helpful and honestly he made the property search process a lot less stressful than I'm used to, which I'm thankful for. If I had to do it all over, I'd still go with Paramount.
