Adam was a nice agent, I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything (which agents at other organisations have made me feel). Janki was also very supportive and it was great to have such a painless moving experience supported by them. Would recommend! :)

Our experience with both Ollie and Janki have been extremely smooth. On contacting Ollie directly, they were extremely quick and efficient with us and explained what we needed to do, almost sorting us overnight.
