I have been a tenant of Paramount for a year and have had an excellent service and am delighted to be renting with them again for a following year. They try to respond quickly to issues and every member of staff I have dealt with has been great. In particular, I have to give credit to our amazing letting agent Ollie. We have worked with Ollie twice now to find flats - he is so efficient in all of his correspondence, a delight to deal with and impeccably 'on it'. Everything you could want from a letting agent!

The Paramount team did an excellent job selling my property. I felt that every member of staff I dealt with was efficient, responsive and personable. 5 stars for Costas the maintenance guy (and Joe!), flat had numerous problems when I moved in but he fixed them quickly and efficiently. Is also a friendly guy!
